Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations through effective administrative management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow within the organisation. Duties

  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in accordance with organisational standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and assisting visitors or clients
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise organisational efficiency
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
  • Assist in organising company events, training sessions, and other administrative activities
  • Analyse data and information to support decision-making processes
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication
  • Ensure the office environment is organised, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

Experience
