Supporting Human Resources are delighted to be partnering with First Call Traffic Management looking for new team members, 12 AB Skilled Operatives , IPV Foreman/ to work on projects across the East and South East (Areas 6+8).

We welcome applications from candidates who operate either as sole traders/ Limited company on a business to business basis.

Rates per shift

12 A/B Operative =£180

IPV Foreman =£230

The Role

Working as part of a team, you will have a passion for delivering great customer service. Together you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and the removal of traffic management systems. Health and Safety must always be maintained and upheld in accordance to company policy and your own TM qualifications.

· Carrying out on-site risk assessments

· Working to generic or site specific method statements

· Adhere to Traffic Management Work Instructions (TMWI)

· Carrying out pre-work crew briefings and ongoing liaison with the client

· Working on high speed projects

· Opening and closing motorways

· Opening and closing roads

Requirements

· Demonstrable experience in Traffic Management.

· Driving Licence with right to drive in the UK-long term

· Highways England inducted.

· Safety Critical Medical .

· Up to date CPC training.

· Right to work in the UK.

IPV Foreman Requirements:

· Lantra approved traffic management foreman qualification.

· Lantra approved Impact protection (IPV) qualification.

· At work First aid qualification.

· Site specific inductions.

We have work Monday through to Sunday. Due to the nature of the work, shifts will include a combination of evenings, nights and weekends and there may also be opportunities for overtime. To be successful in this role you must pass a drug and alcohol test prior to commencement and will be subject to regular tests throughout your time with us.

Pay: £180.00-£230.00 per day
