ABOUT YOU

At East Street Kiosk you will work in an environment that is busy and fun. We value people with big smiles and small egos. We employ people with personalities. People who think WE rather than I. so if you don't have much experience with Asian food - that's not a problem – full training provided!

We do our best to create flexible shift patterns which are fair for everybody. But we are busiest during the evening and weekends, so more times than not – that’s when we’ll need you to work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

To make customers happy by providing excellent service in a friendly but fast paced environment. You will be the first person our customers meet when they visit our restaurants, it's up to us to create a fantastic experience for each and every one of them.

You will be expected to:

· Be friendly and welcoming

· Deliver food to the customers in a timely manner

· Engage with guests

· Proactively engage in Marketing activities

· Keep the till area and fridges stocked, clean and tidy at all times.

· Keep the customer area & toilets neat and clean

You will also be as part of a team responsible for bringing together our amazing dishes.

You will be expected to:

• Have at least 1 years experience in catering.
• Work confidently using woks and fryers in a fast paced environment.
• Ensure our food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and cleaned to allow us to deliver fantastic products.
• Prepare our ingredients.
• Ensure our dishes are cooked to a high standard
• Be responsible for the final presentation of our dishes
• Clean the kitchen areas to a high standard. Including ongoing, daily and weekly cleaning duties.

You will also be asked to attend periodic Training Sessions & provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.
