Mobile Cleaning Supervisor & Specialist Cleaning Supervisor- Yorkshire area

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £14.50 per hour

Role

Mobile Cleaning & Specialist Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. Responsible for supervising cleaning teams the Yorkshire region while carrying out specialist cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support and cover the Yorkshire region, covering holidays and sickness.

Carry out specialist cleaning services, including deep cleans, builders' cleans, carpet and floor care, pressure washing, and other specialist tasks.

Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure all work meets company and client standards.

Train, mentor, and develop cleaning operatives.

Ensure all health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and COSHH regulations are followed.

Complete site audits, reports, and relevant documentation.

Respond promptly to emergency cleaning requests.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience within the commercial cleaning industry.

Experience in specialist cleaning services.

Full UK driving licence.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or emergency call-outs when required.

Good understanding of health and safety regulations and COSHH.

Willing to learn new skills

Desirable

Specialist cleaning certifications.
