Calling All Passenger Transport Professionals!

Do you currently work in the railway industry in one of the following roles?

  • Dispatch Operative
  • Train Guard
  • Passenger Transport Operative
  • Ticketing Operative
  • Onboard Team Member
  • Operational Team Member
  • Station Team Member

If so, we have an exciting new opportunity just for you!

Highfield Assessment is currently recruiting experienced professionals to become End-Point Assessors, helping to shape and support the next generation of Station, Onboard, and Passenger Transport experts.

As part of an apprenticeship, all learners must complete an End-Point Assessment (EPA) to demonstrate that they’ve met the required standards in skills, knowledge, and behaviours for their role. These assessments are carried out by industry professionals with recent and relevant experience and that’s where you come in!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience in the passenger transport sector (onboard or station roles) within the last 3 years
  • Occupational competence and sector knowledge
  • willingness to complete relevant training leading to the Highfield Level 3 Award in Undertaking End-Point Assessment (RQF)
  • A minimum of 2 working days each week availability
