Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £27,976
Sale - M32 8AF
Monday to Friday 9-6pm
40 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -1pm

On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
  • Handle customer queries over the phone, providing excellent service and support
  • Update customer information and manage records across multiple systems
  • Resolve issues and answer questions, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

We're looking for people with:
  • Previous office or call centre experience
