Job Purpose
The SPARK Programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship designed to give candidates hands-on experience in the fast-paced biotech industry. Over 2 to 12 months, you’ll gain real exposure to MoonLake’s mission, work alongside experienced professionals, and grow in an international, purpose-driven environment. Your profile
We are currently seeking SPARK trainees in the following areas:
- HR, People & Culture
- Tech Ops
- Medical Affairs & Research
- Clinical Operations
- Medical & Drug Safety
- Biometrics
- Regulatory & Medical Writing
- Quality & PMO
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to real, high-impact projects across scientific, operational, or strategic teams
- Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to your development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in your hub and beyond
- Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, including mid-program and final performance reviews
- Engage in the SPARKLAB macro project
- Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub
Your profile
- Accepted at an institution for higher education, currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education degree
- Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting
- B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work in person at one of our offices at least 3 days/week
- 3 days/week in our Zug (Switzerland), Cambridge (UK) or Porto (Portugal) office.
