Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Floor Staff / Trainee Managers. In this dynamic role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking to uphold quality standards and presentation
  • Support the supervising team in daily operational tasks, including managing customer flow and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across all areas of the restaurant or café
  • Help with food production processes, including ingredient handling and portion control
  • Supervise junior staff members during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service
  • Contribute to team management by assisting in training new staff and fostering a collaborative work environment

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
  • Previous supervising or team management experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate others
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, hotel service standards, or barista duties is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
