Working on the frontline, you'll support patients in a wide range of situations while training alongside experienced Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians. From emergency callouts to community-based care, you'll play a vital role in helping people when they need it most.

Through a fully supported six-month training programme, you'll gain practical experience, emergency response driving skills and the opportunity to progress to a Band 4 Emergency Care Assistant. Every day brings something different and every shift is a chance to make a difference.

Things to note

An enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.

Please note a relocation package is not available for this role.

An assessment centre is expected to take place during the week commencing 12 October 2026.
