Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Reading

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Year 1 earnings will be £30,000 to £55,000 depending on performance

The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for learning and managing the full recruitment process, including:

• Business development and generating new clients.
• Building relationships with healthcare providers.
• Interviewing and supporting candidates.
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
• Negotiating offers and managing placements.
• Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
