Full job description

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional, high-energy, and meticulous individual to join our production team. We are looking for someone who doesn't just show up to work, but takes full ownership of their workspace, their supplies, and the quality of their output.

While experience in dispensing and compounding is preferred, we will consider candidates with no prior compounding experience if they demonstrate the right attitude, precision, and motivation. For the right person, we provide bespoke, high-level in-house training to master our unique processes.

The Role

This is a dual-focus role that requires a mix of technical precision and operational drive:

  • Production: Managing your own daily workflow across both specialized compounding and standard dispensing.
  • Team Player: Pitching in alongside the wider team in dispensary to ensure all targets are met with total accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Mastery: Total ownership of the area. You will manage, organise, and order all ingredients, consumables, bottles, and injection supplies. You are the person who ensures we never run out of anything.
  • Director’s Support: Acting as a proactive right-hand to the Director/supervisor, handling essential errands and operational tasks to keep the facility running like clockwork.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • Meticulous: You have an elite eye for detail and can’t stand a messy or disorganised workspace.
  • Proactive: You don’t wait for a "to-do" list. You see a low stock level or an operational need and you handle it.
  • Enthusiastic: You bring positive energy to the team and are motivated by high standards.
  • Adaptable: You have a "no task too small" mentality. Whether it’s a complex compound or a quick operational errand, you handle it with professional pride.

  • Collaborative Support: Work hands-on with the dispensing team to assist with all manual tasks as required by the Supervisor.

2. Inventory & Area Management

  • Stock Ownership: Responsible for the end-to-end management of all consumables, ingredients, bottles, and clinical supplies.
  • Procurement: Monitoring stock levels and placing orders proactively to ensure zero downtime.
  • Organization: Maintaining an immaculate, highly organized stockroom and compounding area.
