Job Overview

QDC are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team. We are a leading UK Microsoft partner specialising in Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, primarily built on Microsoft's Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing application support to customers, including managing the entire incidents' lifecycle from logging, triaging and investigating, all the way through to resolution
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support on the use of applications
  • Monitoring platform performance and proactively identifying potential issues
  • Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support application enhancements and fixes
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for support processes including known issues and fixes
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience
