HOW WE WORK

PEST UK have been providing fast, reliable pest control services in domestic and commercial situations for 39-years. We are a member of the BPCA and have been assessed to ensure we meet their strict membership criteria. Our business model is unique and our technicians are extremely well paid and self-motivated.

PEST UK provide marketing support and excellent lead generation to supply technicians with appointments for ‘one-off’ jobs and/or pest control contracts. The technicians take 50% of the fee. If a technician brings in their ‘own’ work then they take 75% of the fee. The rate is standard for each job completed. Each technician has the opportunity to take as many appointments as they wish.

This means the technician pays less tax by claiming for protective clothing, telephone bills, gas, electric bills etc, they are better paid and generally have more flexibility and spare time when it is needed. The model is similar to a franchise but better paid, with job security and a regular income without upfront costs.

PEST UK provide each technician with

  • decals for their van incorporating the company logo, contact details and accreditations;
  • all equipment, tools and chemicals;
