Marketing & Sales Trainee
Sheffield | Full-Time | Immediate Start
£25,000 - £26,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses & Commission

Are you ambitious, people-focused, and looking to kick-start your career in marketing and customer acquisition? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team in a dynamic role that combines brand promotion, customer engagement, and sales.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with established client campaigns while developing valuable skills in marketing, communication, and business development. No prior experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement and promotional events
* Build positive relationships with customers and deliver exceptional brand experiences
* Support customer acquisition initiatives and lead generation activities
* Deliver engaging product and service presentations
* Answer customer questions and provide tailored solutions
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets
* Contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
* Support brand awareness initiatives through social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn
