Due to continued business growth, we’re looking for an organised, Wealth Management Assistant to join a friendly and growing financial planning business that genuinely puts people first, in this newly created role.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience from start to finish. Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you’ll support both new and existing clients while helping ensure the smooth running of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised experience for clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage client relationships and support ongoing servicing needs
  • Organise client meetings and manage Financial Planner diaries
  • Prepare client documentation before and after meetings
  • Process new business accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with product providers and chase outstanding information
  • Maintain accurate client records and update back-office systems
  • Support annual reviews and forward planning meetings
  • Draft client correspondence and prepare review packs
  • Assist with valuations, fee reconciliation, and general administration
  • Ensure compliance standards and business processes are followed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive, proactive attitude with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others
  • Experience within financial services is advantageous but not essential
