Job Title: Medical Device Tutor
Location: UK home-based with travel

Our BSI Training portfolio has seen impressive growth over the last few years, and as we continue to grow and diversify, we look for talented, creative, and client-focused individuals to join our team of Tutors.

About The Role

As a Medical Device Tutor, you will work closely with numerous industry sectors, helping organisations and individuals to improve their performance. Using accelerated learning techniques and proven online delivery approaches, you will provide structured training solutions delivered in both face-to-face and virtual classroom environments.

You will have the opportunity to challenge your creative ability to ensure our clients’ development objectives are not just met but exceeded in every instance. Our tutors deliver best-in-class training solutions and act as ‘go-to’ subject matter experts to ensure course material is current and relevant to our clients.

The role is rewarding but challenging and there is never a dull day. Each client is different, so each day and each course is different, and this will challenge your creative ability to ensure our clients’ development objectives are not just met but exceeded in every instance.

Our tutors deliver the best in class training solutions in face-to-face, virtual classroom and hybrid environments and act as ‘go to’ SMEs to ensure course material is current and relevant to our clients. Our tutors are home-based but travel extensively across the UK and other countries, often spending several days away from home as they run their courses.

Your Skills & Experiences

To be successful in this role, you will have practical industry experience and a comprehensive knowledge of Medical Devices and associated directives and regulations. In addition, you will also have:

• Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis.
• Experience in designing and delivering training solutions.
• Knowledge of the creation of technical files, process validation, and post-market surveillance and vigilance.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrable experience in business development management and B2B relationship growth is also highly desirable.

Salary range: £51,600–64,500 p.a. + discretionary annual bonus + benefits including a company car

The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within that range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
