Trainee Marketing Assistant (Sales)

What You'll Do

• Represent clients through face-to-face sales campaigns across local communities and residential areas
• Engage directly with members of the public, building rapport quickly
• Explain products, services, and campaigns clearly and confidently
• Generate new customer sign-ups and sales
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Attend daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and training
• Track and report on personal sales performance

Schedule This is a full-time, in-person role. You will need to be able to commute to Bristol daily to attend the office before heading out to campaign locations.

Compensation This role offers performance-based pay, with an average OTE of £25,500 - £40,000. Top performers often earn considerably more. Full details on pay structure and performance requirements will be discussed at interview.
