We have developed an industry-leading approach to acoustic consultancy and provide independent support on anything where noise or vibration is an issue using the latest measurement equipment and computer modelling programs.

Trainee Acoustic Consultant

SRL are looking for a Trainee Acoustic Consultant/Graduate to join our growing Acoustic Consultancy team. The successful candidate will be fully supported as they move through our comprehensive training programme to progress through the various grades from Trainee through to Senior, Principal Consultant and beyond. The role requires the successful candidate to collect reliable and meaningful data from noise and vibration surveys at proposed building developments, sound insulation testing on construction sites, and analyse the collected data and report the results to our clients. You will be trained to use state-of-the-art acoustic modelling techniques and will be given the opportunity to contribute to the acoustic design of some of the UK's most prestigious construction projects. This is varied role with a mixture of site based, office or home-based work – you won’t be bored! This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone who wants a change in career with the opportunity to progress.

Pay: from £27,800 per year

Work Location: Hybrid/remote in Sudbury CO10 0TF or fully remote will be considered with initial training (4-6 weeks) located in Sudbury.
