What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing new business with clients in your specialist market
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using calls, LinkedIn and job boards
  • Negotiating fees, offers and terms of business
  • Attending client meetings and networking events
  • Working towards clear, achievable KPIs and revenue targets

This is a full sales cycle role with accountability, ownership and genuine earning potential.

Training & Development

From day one, you’ll join our Training Bay, receiving structured classroom training, live coaching and desk-level support.

Our development pathway is clear and performance-led:
Trainee → Consultant → Senior → Managing Consultant or Principal Consultant
