    • Ongoing training in education recruitment and compliance.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing through to placement.
    • Education recruitment experience preferred (or strong volume recruitment background).
    • Minimum 12 months’ experience in temp recruitment (essential).
    • A successful senior recruitment consultant, ideally within property services, construction or a related white-collar market.

  • Developing new business with clients in your specialist market
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using calls, LinkedIn and job boards
  • Negotiating fees, offers and terms of business
  • Attending client meetings and networking events
  • Working towards clear, achievable KPIs and revenue targets

This is a full sales cycle role with accountability, ownership and genuine earning potential.
