About Us

Our open kitchen, homemade bread, and vibrant atmosphere create a truly memorable dining experience. Our menu blends classic Italian favourites with contemporary twists — from antipasti and handmade pasta to pizza, fresh fish, meat dishes, and indulgent desserts. We are passionate about creating a place where guests come together to enjoy great food and even better service.

The Role

  • Building a positive, energetic, and high-performing team culture
  • Working closely with senior management to achieve business goals

About You

  • Previous experience as a General Manager within a busy restaurant is essential
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to manage large teams
  • Passionate about hospitality and Italian food culture
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Hands-on and confident leading from the floor
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Italian language skills are a plus

What We Offer
