Full job description

POLISH speaking Paralegal/ TRAINEE SOLICITOR - London (traditional LPC or SQE route) with a view to commence a training contract for the right candidate.

The role is for you if you:
✔ speak Polish and English fluently
✔ have an eye for detail and are well organised, proactive and comfortable meeting deadlines in advance
✔ want to learn, grow and be trusted with responsibilities

Qualifications and experience
* Strong academic law background preferred.
* 6 months experience as Paralegal is preferred, however individuals without prior experience, who hold Bachelor's degree in law, have passed SQE 1 or LPC will also be considered for initial paralegal position.

You will work closely with experience solicitors on:
▪ private FAMILY matters (divorce, finances, children matters, cross-border cases and non- molestation proceedings)
▪ private IMMIGRATION matters (visas, appeals, bail, deportation)
▪ assist with general Civil Litigation matters

You will open and close files, draft documents, prepare court bundles, correspond with courts, clients and other parties in the proceedings.
