Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Complete your driver training and gain operational competencies for on-track machines.
• Learn route knowledge and operate various OTMs as part of a nationwide team.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure smooth operations in the field.
• Work on a rotating roster, including travel and overnight stays as needed to meet project demands.
• Full clean driving license.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop.
• Ability to work away from home with travel and overnight stays.
• Engineering experience or related background is a plus.

Essential Skills/requirements:

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to work.
• Ability to meet medical and psychometric assessment standards.
• Able to provide a home address within the advertised recruitment locations to meet operational requirements.

Pay: From £34,385.41 per year

• Railway, Forces, Engineering or Agricultural: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• PTS Card (preferred)

• United Kingdom (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (required)
