About Us

Swan Aluminium Systems is a leading fabricator of aluminium windows and doors, specialising in high-quality products such as Smart Systems Heritage and AluSpace. We pride ourselves on precision craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and a commitment to training the next generation of skilled fabricators.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our team as a Trainee Window Fabricator. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to assemble and fabricate aluminium windows and doors from start to finish, working alongside experienced team members in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the fabrication of aluminium windows and doors
  • Learn to read technical drawings and cutting lists
  • Operate hand tools, machinery, and power tools safely
  • Measure, cut, drill, and assemble aluminium profiles
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards
  • Support the team in other workshop tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Keen interest in hands-on work and learning a skilled trade
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Basic understanding of measurements and tools (training provided)
  • Previous workshop or manual work experience is a bonus, but not essential

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (40 hours with 30 mins for lunch)
