Full job description

Are you a Webflow enthusiast at the start of your career?

Someone with the hunger to learn, grow, and do some of the best work of your life?

And do it inside an agency that will invest seriously in your development?

Then read on.

About Structure

Structure is an award-winning branding and digital design consultancy working with high-growth businesses across technology, private equity and professional services.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Webflow Developer to join our digital team. Structure is a Webflow Enterprise Partner, and Webflow is central to our digital work.

You’ll have some hands-on Webflow experience, whether through personal projects, university work, or a placement, and a genuine passion for web development.

What matters most is attitude: curiosity, craft, and the drive to keep getting better.

We’ll invest in your growth. In return, we need someone ready to learn fast, take ownership, and bring their best thinking every day.

Your responsibilities

Build

  • Assist in developing responsive Webflow websites from design files, building your skills across increasingly complex projects
  • Learn to translate Figma designs accurately into well-structured Webflow builds
  • Develop your understanding of Webflow CMS, Interactions, and Editor configuration
  • Support cross-browser and cross-device QA — developing a sharp eye for detail

Collaborate

  • Work closely with senior developers and designers, contributing to projects at every stage
  • Learn how to communicate technical decisions and constraints clearly — internally and, in time, directly with clients
  • Participate in project scoping and estimation, building your commercial awareness over time

Contribute

  • Follow our Webflow build standards and contribute to improving them as you grow
  • Stay curious about Webflow’s evolving feature set and bring new ideas to the team
  • Contribute to a positive, high-quality team culture where craft and care go hand in hand
  • Follow and improve documented processes and workflows as the team scales

Support

  • Help monitor and respond to client support requests via our service desk, within agreed service levels
  • Assist with “how to” enquiries, helping clients get the most from Webflow’s CMS and Editor
  • Support the diagnosis of change requests and bugs, learning to triage and document issues clearly

Your skills

Technical

  • Demonstrable Webflow experience — personal projects, university work, or a placement. We want to see what you’ve built
  • A working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an appetite to develop your JavaScript skills
  • Familiarity with Finsweet’s Client-First framework, or a willingness to learn structured Webflow build systems
  • Familiarity with Figma — you understand how design files are structured and why it matters for development
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support efficient Webflow development, whilst applying good judgement to review and refine the output
  • An awareness of web fundamentals: performance, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Exposure to Webflow integrations, automation tools, APIs, or Webflow MCP would be a genuine advantage.

The person

  • Proactive and eager to learn — you ask good questions and act on the answers
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, whether you’re building a page or filing a support ticket
  • Reliable and self-motivated — you take ownership rather than waiting to be managed
  • Collaborative and open to feedback — you see critique as part of getting better
  • Genuinely excited about Webflow and where the platform is going

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

  • Are you located in London and willing to travel in to the office 3 days a week?
  • Do you have any experience of working with Webflow?

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London EC2A 3JF
