Full job description

We're currently looking for a junior developer with experience of JavaScript, PHP, CSS and related technologies.

The role is varied and includes a mixture of small tasks, large projects, back-end and front-end work. Experience of working in platforms like Wordpress and on APIs is not essential but would be helpful. A lot of work is done in javascript and increasingly typescript and Node.

Having a logical mind is helpful as we're often building connections to financial systems.

We're a small but friendly outfit where team members can make a real difference and we try to maintain a friendly and informal atmosphere.

The person we're looking for is bright, looking for a challenge and has a suitable qualification in the sector.

This is a technical position, not suited to someone looking more for a web design role. We are a small, friendly and informal bunch and proud to boast that most our staff stay with us for many years. We look forward to hearing from friendly coders!

As this is a junior role, the successful candidate will need to work on site to gain experience from others. Please do not apply if you are not located nearby or cannot easily commute. This is not a work from home role.

Strictly no agencies. Please do not apply if you are not able to work on site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Private dental insurance
  • Private medical insurance
