We are excited to be recruiting 6 Customer Service Apprentices to join our friendly and dynamic team this September 2026.

Responsibilities

During the first stage of your career, you will learn everything about providing great customer service across multiple UK Contact Centre departments. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via the telephone and via written communication
  • Providing administrative support to your team, departments and branches
  • Updating internal databases and systems with a commitment to attention to detail
  • Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels


Qualifications

  • A customer first mentality with great communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good PC skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Organisation skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • GCSE English & Maths grade 4 (C) or above
  • A Levels or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Must be able to commute to our Aldershot office and Farnborough College of Technology
  • Due to funding restrictions applicants must be 18 or above on the 1st September 2026 and have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.

  • Regardless of your socio-economic and educational background, Enterprise will always look at how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
  • This position is predominately Monday- Friday, after 3 months there be a requirement to work occasional Saturdays, if so this can be done from home.

  • Aldershot has great transportation links to other areas in Hampshire and Surrey such as: Farnborough, Farnham, Camberley, Fleet, Basingstoke, Guildford and Woking.
