We’re looking for a motivated school or college leaver to join our Team in Braintree as a Management Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain real industry experience, and develop a long-term career in the fast-moving world of housebuilding.
At Dandara, our Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop the next generation of future leaders. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Management Trainee, you will:

Complete rotational placements across key departments to gain broad business exposure

Support teams with project work and day-to-day operational activities

Carry out assigned tasks accurately, professionally, and to agreed deadlines

Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities

Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who are keen to develop a long-term career with Dandara.
Essential Requirements:

GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above

Completed or predicted completion of a Level 3 qualification (A Levels, T Level, or equivalent)

Right to work in the UK

Ability to travel between sites and offices when required
