This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop your creative and digital skills and work towards a recognised Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification — all while earning a salary.

You'll work alongside experienced marketing professionals, getting involved in social media, content creation, email marketing, website updates, SEO and analysing campaign performance. • Preparing reports to track engagement, reach and growth
  • Researching marketing trends, audiences and new digital opportunities
  • Supporting the wider marketing team with creative ideas and campaigns
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships, so you don't need to be an expert from day one. What matters most is your creativity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

  • A genuine passion for digital marketing, social media and content creation
  • A creative mindset and the confidence to share new ideas
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop new digital skills
  • An interest in how brands use social media and digital platforms to connect with people
  • Grade 4/C in GCSE English and Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
  • £16,000 – £18,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
  • 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Full training and support throughout your apprenticeship
  • The opportunity to gain valuable hands-on marketing experience
  • A recognised Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification
  • Opportunities for future progression and further training
This apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to kick-start a career in digital marketing. Whether you enjoy creating content, are always on social media, love coming up with creative ideas or want to understand how businesses grow online, this role will give you the opportunity to turn your interests into valuable career skills.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting and creative world of digital marketing and launch a rewarding career.

You'll get hands-on experience across all areas of digital marketing, from creating engaging content and managing campaigns to understanding SEO, analysing data, developing marketing strategies and using digital platforms to support business growth. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and gain the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in marketing.

You'll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
