Sales Development Trainee - Sheffield City Centre (S1)

Position: Full-Time Sales & Management Trainee (Entry-Level)
Pay: Average OTE earnings from £26,000 per annum (weekly base pay + uncapped commission)
Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Sheffield City Centre
Sponsorship: Not available. Required to have valid right to work in the UK.
Age Requirement: Must be 18+

Job Overview:

This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training programme designed to develop future leaders within the sales sector.

We are seeking individuals who are target-driven and looking to build a long-term career in sales and management.

As a Sales Development Trainee, you will gain insight into how to manage our current client campaigns by working with customers directly through face-to-face sales, building strong relationships and ensuring high quality customer service. You will be working in a supportive and team-orientated and environment, with opportunities to progress into senior positions as your knowledge and skillset develops.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, building positive relationships.
  • Clearly explain product information, tailored to customers needs/request
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs.
  • Shadow senior management to support the delivery of client campaigns.
  • Network with professionals in the sector.
  • One-on-one mentorship from experienced managers to support professional development.
  • Contribute to individual and team targets.
  • Actively participate in performance reviews.
