Job Description

We are expanding our network of Freelance Trainers to deliver high-quality compliance and safety training across the UK.

This is a flexible opportunity suited to experienced trainers who are already delivering commercially and are looking for consistent freelance work with a professional, well-organised provider.

Delivery is a mix of on-site sessions and live virtual training via Zoom. You can indicate your preferred locations, subjects, and availability.

Subjects We Cover

About You
You are an engaging, reliable trainer with experience delivering to workplace audiences. You are confident adapting your delivery style to different groups and settings.

Essential Requirements

  • AET Level 3 (or equivalent recognised training qualification)
  • Current, subject-specific qualifications
  • Valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive training
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for on-site delivery)

Desirable

  • Experience delivering in care, education, or commercial environments
  • Ability to deliver multiple subject areas
  • Experience with virtual delivery platforms
