GLP Training is looking to bring on a an experienced HR/L&D Trainer that will have an opportunity to make the role their own. This is a groundbreaking opportunity for an experienced trainer to take the next stage in their professional development, you will be involved with establishing a new area of the business.

This is the role where you will be have the independence as an HR/L&D trainer in Worcester to be at the forefront of education. You will be having a significant impact in changing lives through providing educational excellence to some of the most well known nationally and internationally in the world. As an HR/L&D trainer you will be providing apprenticeships, bootcamps and coaching to the next generation of HR and learning and development talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Hands-on HR and L&D training

· Individualised coaching to learners

· Create reports, documentation and ensure compliance

· Guide learners to successful completion of their HR Support and Learning and Development apprenticeship

· Understanding of HR and L&D Principles

· Establish and maintain a leading training programme

Key Requirements:

· Knowledge of HR Functions

· Knowledge of learning theories

· Knowledge of evaluation methods

· Knowledge of employment law basics

· Strong IT Skills
