*Job Summary*

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modelling, with proficiency in industry-standard software. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models in 3DS Max and assets for various projects, ensuring they meet the artistic vision and technical requirements. A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling are essential.

*Responsibilities*

- Develop detailed 3D models and textures based on concept art and design specifications.

- Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to ensure models fit within the project’s aesthetic and technical framework.

- Optimise models for performance while maintaining high visual fidelity.

- Participate in regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and workflows.

- Document processes and maintain organised project files using version control systems such as Perforce.

*Experience*

- Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Maya, 3DS Max, Unity, or Cinema.

- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and anatomy knowledge to create realistic models.

- Familiarity with photography techniques can enhance texturing and lighting skills.

- Previous experience in a similar role or portfolio showcasing relevant work is highly desirable.
