Full job description

We’re working with a global B2B technology business looking for a Brand Director to lead a major brand transformation and establish the business as a category leader.

This is a senior leadership role focused on repositioning the brand, building thought leadership and creating a scalable content engine across enterprise audiences.

You’ll work closely with the CMO and executive team, shaping how the business is understood in the market and building a modern, high-impact brand function.

What you’ll own

Brand transformation & positioning

Lead a full brand repositioning, evolving the company from a legacy positioning into a modern category leader.

Executive thought leadership

Build and scale executive visibility, positioning leadership as key voices within the industry.

Content strategy & frameworks

Develop structured content programmes that engage audiences across the full buyer journey.

Earned media & PR

Drive presence across industry publications, events, podcasts and media opportunities.

Brand narrative & messaging

Create a unified narrative and messaging framework across all channels and touchpoints.

Team leadership

Build and manage a high-performing content and brand team across multiple disciplines.

Demand alignment

Balance long-term demand creation with short-term demand capture strategies.

What they’re looking for

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing , with strong brand or content leadership experience
  • Proven experience delivering brand transformation or repositioning
  • Experience in enterprise technology or complex B2B environments
  • Strong experience building thought leadership and executive profiling programmes
