The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant — setting the tone, leading from the floor, and ensuring every guest experience is effortless, generous and memorable.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, working closely with the kitchen, senior leadership team and front-of-house colleagues to deliver consistently high standards at volume, without ever losing the personal touch that defines Cromlix.

This is a hands-on, people-first role, suited to a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in developing teams as much as delighting guests.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with genuine hospitality:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally within a high-volume, quality-led operation
  • A strong understanding of rosette-level service delivery and what it takes to maintain consistency at pace
  • A people-led leadership style — calm, supportive, and clear, with high expectations and high care
  • A natural presence on the floor, leading by example and building confidence within the team
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness
  • A passion for service, detail, and creating environments where both guests and teams flourish
