In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening the Bank’s risk oversight capability through reporting, governance, thematic analysis and hands-on support across core risk areas.

  • Monitor, track and escalate operational incidents, control issues and remediation actions
  • Coordinate governance processes, reporting cycles and oversight activities
  • Support thematic reviews, deep dives and lessons learned analysis
  • Assist with Financial Crime oversight activity including sanctions, transaction monitoring and customer due diligence frameworks
  • Contribute to operational resilience, outsourcing and broader non-financial risk oversight

Enterprise-Wide Risk Support

  • Support oversight activities across a range of enterprise-wide risk disciplines
  • Produce and analyse risk reporting, management information and risk trends
  • Help identify and escalate emerging risks and control issues
  • Assist with thematic reviews and risk deep dives
  • Maintain governance documentation, action tracking and reporting schedules
  • Support regulatory, audit and internal governance information requests

What you’ll bring:

Essential

  • Experience in Risk, Governance, Operational Risk, Financial Crime or a related function
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience producing reporting or management information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office and data handling capability

Desirable

  • Experience within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Exposure to Operational Risk or Financial Crime frameworks
  • Experience supporting governance committees or reporting processes
  • Familiarity with reporting or dashboard tools

Why join Castle Trust Bank?

As well as gaining exposure across a broad range of enterprise risk disciplines and strengthening risk governance and oversight, you will be collaborating with risk professionals and getting the opportunity to develop your career within a forward-thinking specialist bank.

In addition, you will receive:

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance bonus (based on individual and company performance)
