Private Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our award-winning team as Treatment Coordinator.

Premier Orthodontics is an independent family-run orthodontic practice. Our aim is to deliver excellent patient care and customer service – we are proud to be finalists in the 2023 Dentistry Awards for; Best Therapist, Best Receptionist and winning highly commended for Patient Care! We want to make our patients’ experience with us as relaxed and comfortable as possible. We are one of a handful practices in the UK to offer exclusively bespoke treatment options using state-of-the-art digital technology.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their skills in sales as the right person will be trained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate is passionate about providing the highest quality of service and helping new patients start their journey to a better smile. We recruit on attitude and can train the right person in the skills required. We are looking for someone to work full time, who has sales experience or an exceptional personality and who could fit in our strong and dedicated team. The role is to ensure that all new patient enquiries are dealt with efficiently and promptly and that every individual is helped to the right treatment for them. You will see patients alongside the orthodontist, explain our different services and guide them through the process to start treatment. You will also be involved in after sales activities such as testimonial requests and support the practice manager in the implementation of the marketing plan.

The Person:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Emotional Intelligence
Must enjoy working directly with the public of all ages
Extremely organised
Sales experience

Marketing experience is an advantage
Professional demeanour in all aspects
Computer literate – we are a fully digitalised practice
Dental nursing / knowledge is an advantage

GDC registration is an advantage

Radiography/IRMER qualification is an advantage

Working hours:
Monday 9.30-5.00

Tuesdays 9.30-6.00
Wednesdays: 9.30-6.30
Thursdays: 9.30-7.30
Fridays: 9.30-5.00

Quarterly Saturday open days (day-in-lieu will be given)

Competitive basic salary plus commission
