Job Title: Tree Climber / Arborist

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (covering London & Surrey)

Pay: £130.00 - £200.00 per day, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Immediate start | PAYE or Self-Employed considered

About Us

Graftingardeners Ltd is a well-established, family-run tree care company based in Leatherhead. We run multiple full-time tree teams working across London and Surrey, delivering a wide range of residential and commercial tree work.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Tree Climber/Arborist to join our team. You'll be carrying out felling, reductions, rigging, hedge work and site clearance across a variety of domestic and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out tree climbing, aerial cutting and dismantling work safely
  • Work as part of a team alongside groundworkers
  • Operate chainsaws and rigging equipment to a professional standard
  • Follow site safety procedures at all times
  • Represent the company professionally on client sites

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' climbing experience
  • NPTC/chainsaw qualifications (maintenance, cross-cutting, felling, tree climbing & aerial rescue, aerial cutting)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Reliable, safety-conscious and a strong team player
