Full job description

Arborist is needed in the Nottingham area to work for one of the UK's leading horticulture/arboriculture companies.

Job Details

  • Role: Qualified Arborist
  • Location: Nottingham- The Depo is in the NG5 Area
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: £17.93 per hour with some leeway for exceptional candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake general arboricultural duties including tree pruning, dismantling, and felling.
  • Work across a variety of public and private sector sites in the region.
  • Handle ground and aerial tree care operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Arborist with practical knowledge of ground and aerial tree work.
  • Driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence (experience driving light commercial vehicles and towing trailers is desirable).
  • Competencies: Tree climbing, aerial rescue, chainsaw use, and woodchipper operation; MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) qualification is a plus.
