About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is an experienced and confident climber with relevant arboricultural qualifications.
  • Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Is reliable, organised and comfortable leading a team.
  • Can think for themselves and solve problems on site.
  • Has a positive attitude and works well with others.
  • Has the ambition to take on more responsibility as the business grows.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.

Additional qualifications such as rigging, MEWP, chipper, stump grinder, first aid would be an advantage.

If you’re an experienced arborist who enjoys doing a job properly and would like the opportunity to lead a team and help build something for the future, we’d really like to hear from you.
