Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a modern fleet and guaranteed hours?

Join our growing transport team in Redditch and drive the latest generation of Mercedes-Benz electric HGVs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with industry-leading vehicles, enjoy regular night shifts, and be part of a forward-thinking operation committed to the future of sustainable transport.

Shift Pattern

● Night shifts

● 4 on, 4 off rolling rota

● Overtime available

Pay & Benefits

● Annual salary - £40,626

● Monthly pay

● On site subsidized canteen

● Legal breaks paid

● 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays (part of rolling rota as a shifted day).

● Full training provided on our electric HGV fleet

The Role

As one of our Night Drivers, you will:

● Drive modern Mercedes-Benz Class 1 (C+E) electric HGVs

● Complete depot to depot trunks

● Complete collections and trunk to one of our warehouses (bay to bay work)

● Carry out collections using our box trailers (no curtains and no tail lifts)

● Ensure loads are safe and secure before departure

● Deliver a professional, safe and compliant driving standard at all times

To be considered, you'll need:

● A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

● A valid Driver CPC

● A valid Digital Tachograph Card

● A valid Driver Medical

● At least 12 months' Class 1 driving experience

● At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes).

● A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach

● Good knowledge of drivers' hours and road transport legislation

Pay: £40,126.00-£40,626.00 per year
