Full job description

Our company is hiring trainee rigid Tanker Drivers for multi drop distribution. Tanker Drivers need to be reliable and responsible.

  • Full training given to successful candidates
  • HGV C essential
  • ADR (Core tanks 3) desirable
  • Some relevant driving experience
  • Salary based on 40 hours pw
  • Overtime available

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tanker.
  • Use an onboard computer to find addresses.
  • Understand the basic controls and features of a tanker .
  • Understand proper fuel handling techniques.
  • Understand basic personal safety rules such as those involving personal protective equipment.
  • Understand the legal requirements of transporting fuel under ADR.
