Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques, including fades, trims, and shaves.
  • Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and hair styling techniques.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
  • Assist in promoting services and products offered within the barbershop.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
  • Proficient in various hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • A valid barbering licence or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for the art of barbering.
