Experienced Barber – DB Barbers, Tooting

If you’re a barber who takes pride in your work, does clean skin fades, and actually cares about looking after the clients, we want to hear from you. DB Barbers is a well-established, busy shop in Tooting running a mix of bookings and walk-ins. We’re looking for a solid team player to join the crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Top-Tier Grooming: Masterfully execute a full range of modern and traditional services, from precision skin fades and textured scissor work to sharp beard trims and luxury wet shaves.
  • Elevate the Client Experience: Build lasting, loyal relationships by providing a welcoming vibe, authentic conversation, and a tailored experience for every client in your chair.
  • Take Pride in Your Space: Maintain a pristine, professional, and organized workstation that reflects your craft and our shop's high standards.
  • Own Your Craft & Schedule: Seamlessly manage your appointments, keep accurate client notes for flawless repeat cuts, and actively contribute to our positive, high-energy shop culture.

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years crushing it in a busy barbershop environment. You know the flow of a shop floor and can handle any hair type that walks through the door.
