Job Overview

We are a new Turkish restaurant seeking bar staff and a Bar Supervisor, you’ll help deliver welcoming, well-organised service across bar operations. You’ll guide the team through busy service, maintain consistent standards and support smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen colleagues. Apply to info@zorbaguildford.com

Duties

  • Supervise bar service, coordinate team tasks and support colleagues in delivering attentive hospitality.
  • Cocktail experience
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including coffee, and assist with food preparation and service as needed.
  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness and stock, following established procedures and addressing issues promptly.
  • Work with kitchen and service teams to keep orders moving and respond constructively to customer needs.

Your impact: Clear coordination helps customers receive prompt, consistent service and enables colleagues to work together confidently.

Skills

Required: Practical bartending, serving, communication and team leadership capabilities will help you supervise service, support food preparation and uphold food safety. Preferred: Supervising, team management, restaurant, culinary, kitchen or hotel experience, along with food production, cooking or barista skills, can strengthen your contribution across hospitality operations.

Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
