Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week )

Salary: £1900 to £3500 per month

Contract: 3 months (to be extended depending on performance)

We are a language school near Tower Bridge, London, that is quickly expanding post-pandemic and is looking for an additional Portuguese speaking Student Advisor to join our sales/ marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who wants to make a difference in students' life. You will join a dynamic international team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying in the UK into sales. You will then be assigned these students to follow up on their progress and development.

You will ideally have an understanding of/ interest in students, education and may have some experience in consultative sales of high-value/ luxury brand products. You will be able to work under your own initiative to manage your workload, prioritise and meet deadlines.

You must have good English

What you will do:

• Actively contact prospective students to advise them in their study choices with a focus on converting them into students.
• Show the highest level of service when dealing with prospective students and current students by consistently achieving quality targets defined by management.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries in a prompt manner.
• Work outside of normal working hours when required to provide support to the Sales team on internal and external events.
• Update internal reports and database when required with daily activity.
• Continuously strive to exceed set targets and KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service is being provided at all times.
• Ensure all information provided to applicants and students is accurate.
• Organise the clients and the necessary materials for the enrolment;
• Manage the full sales cycle;
• Follow up with clients, phone calls and completing the sales process;
• Meet students face to face;
• Manage your student;
• Liaise with Student Visa;
• Ability to self-motivate and self-manage your student portfolio through positive relationship management;
• Understanding entry requirements of studying in the UK (training provided).
