Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality home care services, ensuring our clients' comfort and safety while supporting their individual needs.
Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Develop and follow personalized care plans to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client support.
  • Promote independence and dignity in all interactions.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel between client locations.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
  • Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to care work.
