Education Instructor / Learning Mentor

The Role

As an Education Instructor / Learning Mentor, you’ll deliver engaging activities and mentoring sessions that inspire young people and help them develop essential life skills.

No two days are the same. You could be:

  • Leading team-building challenges
  • Delivering confidence and resilience workshops
  • Acting as a positive role model
  • Supporting pupils to overcome challenges
  • Helping young people develop leadership and communication skills
