Legacy Bench is seeking a confident, engaging, and professional Podcast Host to join our growing media team.

Legacy Bench is a business and personal development talk show where founders, entrepreneurs, professionals, creators, and thought leaders come together to share their journeys, challenges, ideas, and lessons learned. Through meaningful conversations and our unique Triple A Method (Advice, Appreciate, Advice), we create insightful discussions that inspire, educate, and empower our audience.

We are looking for a charismatic individual who can confidently lead conversations, interview guests, facilitate discussions, and help create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere both on and off camera.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about media, storytelling, entrepreneurship, business, personal development, and meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Host podcast episodes, interviews, and panel discussions professionally and confidently.
• Welcome guests and create a comfortable environment that encourages open conversation.
• Research guests, their backgrounds, businesses, and achievements prior to recordings.
• Prepare relevant questions and discussion points for each episode.
• Facilitate engaging conversations while ensuring discussions remain on topic and within time limits.
• Guide guests through the Legacy Bench format and ensure a smooth recording experience.
• Represent the Legacy Bench brand professionally during recordings, events, networking opportunities, and public appearances.
• Assist in identifying and attracting potential guests for future episodes.
• Collaborate with the production team on episode planning and content ideas.
• Stay informed about current business, entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal development trends.
• Contribute ideas to help grow the Legacy Bench audience and brand presence.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong confidence presenting in front of cameras and live audiences.
• Natural ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful follow-up questions.
• Interest in business, entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, and personal development.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with guests and audience members.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a creative team.

Desirable

• Previous experience hosting podcasts, interviews, events, webinars, or public speaking engagements.
• Experience interviewing business owners, professionals, or entrepreneurs.
• Existing presence on social media or other media platforms.
• Experience in content creation, broadcasting, journalism, or media production.

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience.

Pay: £12.21-£22.69 per hour
