Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at TWELVE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess excellent customer service skills that reflect the family business operating over 40 years.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for guest services
- Willingness to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for smooth operations
