Job description / Summary:

Eden Brook Home Care has been providing high quality care since 2012 and are looking for Community Care Workers, to help expand upon the teams we currently have in the Chelmsford, Maldon, Writtle and potentially Braintree areas.

We have full time and part time positions available. With the opportunity to earn between £77.00 - £215 per day. Working out to be from £12.90 - £14.50 per hour.

No experience needed as fully funded training, shadowing opportunities and full support from management will be given to help you excel in the role.

Your Role:

· Community Care Workers will travel between service users around a local area.

· Provide a high standard of care to our users and encourage users to remain as independent as possible.

· Assist service users with their daily activities, morning routine, evening / bedtime routine, the possibility of assisting in all areas of personal hygiene and administrating medication.

Our Requirements:

· We would require you to drive and use your own car to travel between our service users. Or as a non-driver, get yourself to and from your first and last client address.

· No experience needed.

· Flexible in terms of availability

· A compassionate, kind person who is sensitive to the needs of others and to the needs of vulnerable people.

· A good communicator.

· Able to follow care planning requirements and instructions.

PREFERABLE FOR CANDIDATES TO HAVE U.K DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN CAR.

  • Earning potential: £77 - £215 per day - not including petrol for the drivers but including travel time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract.

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence & form of transport (preferred)
