Carrying out up to 10,000 end of tenancy cleans per year, we would like to hear from YOU!

End of tenancy cleaning is a very strict form of professional cleaning that is solely used by lettings agencies and landlords to ensure that a property is delivered in a professionally cleaned condition to a new tenant upon each tenancy agreement. There is only one standard for end of tenancy cleans and we pride ourselves on being able to identify the correct candidate suitable to meet this level of cleaning. Please note that this is NOT domestic cleaning and a quick wipe over with a cloth or general vacuuming will NOT suffice. You must be able to correctly strip and clean kitchen appliances, remove limescale and polish bathrooms, assess carpet stains and use a carpet cleaning machine to clean them etc.

We are very versatile and can offer opportunities to suit all requirements. If you would like to join us on a full time, part time or simply accept extra jobs if you are already partnered with another cleaning company, we have something to suit all.

Below is a list of basic criteria to be considered for this role.

- Correct cleaning equipment - Carpet Cleaning machine, vacuum cleaner, commercial grade cleaning chemicals(oven cleaner, carpet cleaning powder, toilet descaler, acid) - You will be asked to provide a photo of all of your equipment prior to starting.

- Sufficient end of tenancy cleaning experience. We are solely interested in your knowledge and experience with the very specific level of cleaning that is end of tenancy. We are also interested if you have HOTEL or HIGH LEVEL cleaning experience.

- Access to a vehicle or if you can describe your method of transporting the equipment between cleans.

- Self-employed or wiling to register as self-employed.

Anything bigger than these properties, you will be offered a quotation prior to arrival. If there are extra rooms, bathrooms or the property is in a particularly poor condition, you will be paid more.
