Area Sales Manager – North East & Tyne and Wear

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join FSL Flooring Scotland Ltd as an Area Sales Manager covering the North East and Tyne & Wear region.

FSL is a leading floor covering distributor, supplying both retail and commercial customers across the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven sales professional to help expand our presence in this key area.

The Role

Your focus will be simple: grow the area.

You’ll build strong relationships with both existing and new customers, helping them increase their flooring sales while driving your own performance.

As trends evolve, you’ll stay one step ahead — identifying opportunities, introducing new products, and ensuring your customers are stocked with the right ranges at the right time.

With market-leading products, reliable delivery and first-class service behind you, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your territory to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales across existing and new accounts
  • Introduce new ranges using sampling and display solutions
  • Manage pricing, quotations and commercial terms effectively
  • Plan and organise your area to maximise performance
